Heyday Spa in Bethesda Row was a challenging build out of a skin care spa including concrete slab topping and polished concrete floor throughout, exposed ceiling concept throughout, retail / reception lobby, eleven consultation rooms, restrooms, back-of-house offices & storage areas.  Existing mechanical, electrical, a sprinkler systems were reconfigured and renovated to accommodate the open ceiling concept prior to being painted.  The project also included a new storefront entrance and signage installation.
