Quest is a jewelry retail location in Falls Church and one of Hibar’s first clients. The project was a new space for the tenant and doubled their retail and manufacturing space. Scope included relocation and additional retail displays with significant millwork refinishing and restoration. Build-out of new manufacturing area including highly coordinated rough-in work to ensure all equipment would lay out as needed for their processes. New pylon and storefront signage was included and a critical scope item given their location on Lee Highway. Vault room with coordinated rough-in for security needs, consultation centers, and interior feature wall with custom paneling were other highlights of this project.
