- Managed and performed homeowner closing punchlist process for this 140 unit luxury condominium property at the Boro development in Tysons Corner.
- Performed nine month warranty walk work items and various other warranty work orders upon homeowner request.
- Project Management and performance of Transition Study work items.
- Working with the HOA, base building contractor and other subcontractors as required to complete various tasks included on list.
- Project Management and coordination on property wide efforts, water intrusion investigations and repairs, and coordination between property manager, building management and HOA.
