Managed and performed punchlist process for this 104 unit luxury condominium property at the Pike & Rose development in North Bethesda.  Performed 30 day, and 12 month warranty walk work items and various other warranty work orders.  Project Management and performance of Transition Study work items including installation of a wheelchair lift in garage.  Built grilling station and performed various other customization work items in the amenity areas of the property.  Worked with the HOA, base building contractor and other subcontractors as required to complete various tasks included on list.  Project Management and coordination on property wide efforts, replacement of defective wood flooring in over twenty condominiums, and coordination between property manager, building management and HOA.
